Kahmon is my local Japanese takeaway, and I always forget to post about them when I grab a quick meal from them.

This main dish is katsu chicken with agedashi tofu. I would have liked more sauce with the chicken, but it was cooked really well and the batter was tasty. The tofu has a nice texture, but this time I was late home after my sister ordered the meal and the sauce had gone really thick so it was a strange feeling to be eating it with a gooey coating. I think the best thing that Kahmon does is their sushi rolls. Seriously they are ridiculously fresh and tasty! Regularly we will get a huge plate of all different kinds during summer for a hot night’s dinner.

While not fine dining Japanese, their food is always fresh and tasty, and I recommend the takoyaki balls (which are possibly my favourite Japanese snack!). As my local taste of one of my favourite cuisines, Kahmon is a winner!
