As I posted on the morning of it’s devouring, this was my enormous breakfast special of French toast with maple, rhubarb, and bacon, drenched in maple syrup. The Little Ox didn’t disappoint in Brighton while on a food holiday!

This is the favourite cafe of the friend I was staying with, and it certainly lived up to her hype. Lovely cafe, lovely people (the waitress congratulated me for finishing the meal which made me feel marginally better for my gluttony) and beautiful fresh food! Repeat visit next time I’m back in M-town is a certainty.
